Aesthete Brook Trout Tee Giveaway: Official Rules

No purchase necessary to enter or win. A purchase does not improve your chances of winning.

Sponsor. Aesthete LLC, aesthetelife.org ("Aesthete").

Dates. The giveaway starts Sunday, November 1, 2026 at 12:15 PM Eastern Time and ends Sunday, November 8, 2026 at 11:59 PM Eastern Time.

Who can enter. Legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 or older. Aesthete's owners, employees and their households cannot win. Void where prohibited.

How to enter. Follow @the.aesthete.life on Instagram and leave a comment on our giveaway post (on Instagram or on the Aesthete Facebook page) that tags at least one friend. Each comment with a tag counts as one entry, up to 5 entries per person. Comments must not be spam, abusive or automated.

Prize. One (1) Aesthete Brook Trout pocket tee in the winner's choice of size and color from what is in stock. Approximate retail value: $40. Shipped free within the US. No cash or other substitute.

Choosing the winner. On or about November 9, 2026, one winner will be drawn at random from all eligible entries. We will reply to the winning comment and send a message. The winner has 7 days to reply with a shipping address, or another winner will be drawn.

Odds. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

General. By entering you agree to these rules. Aesthete may disqualify entries that break them. Aesthete is not responsible for lost, late or incomplete entries, or for technical problems with any platform. Winner's first name and Instagram handle may be shared when we announce the result.

Platforms. This giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Instagram, Facebook, Meta or TikTok. Entrants release those platforms from any liability in connection with this giveaway.
